Step 1 Design/Marketing Pricing What type of website do I need, just a basic site or do I need a shopping cart to sell products and services on-line?  Click on the link to purchase the website best suited to your needs.  You can also order the Internet Marketing options now. Step 2 Domain Name Lookup Do I need my own Domain Name or is the free domain name going to work for me?  The Free Domain Name will be yourname.citymax.com.  If you would like to see what Domain Names are available and to purchase a Domain Name simply follow the link above.  You can start with the Free Domain Name and switch to your own later if you like.  Note:  Do not purchase e-mail accounts or any other services when you buy your Domain Name.  This will be provided as part of your hosting fees. Step 3 Client Information Form Please make sure you have thought of a domain name. While the site is being built the free domain name will be used.  Once the site is complete we can transfer to your own domain name or the free domain is yours to keep as long as you pay your hosting fees.  The next step is to fill out the Client Information Form.  This will give us an idea of the type of site you desire: category, colors, fonts, etc.  We will be in touch with you via e-mail on the finer points but this form will provide us enough information to have you on the Internet almost immediately. Step 4 E-Mail Us This is where you make this site your own.  E-Mail us your pictures (jpg, gif,bmp) formats perferred along with the content (.doc or notepad).  If you do not have any pictures send us an e-mail and we will find some nice pictures for you. Take some time on this.  We will allow 2 changes after you submit your information to us.  After that changes will be charged at the regular consulting fee of $65.00 per hour.  This does not apply to unused pages that you want to activate later.  For those purchasing the shopping cart we will load up to 10 items into your cart.  We will need product numbers, descriptions and pricing information.  For more than 10 the regular consulting fees of $65 per hour will apply.   Step 5 Completed website Once we have received all your information it should take less than 5 working days to complete the base site.  If additional services are required it could take a little longer.  You can watch our progress from your PC since your site is active on the Internet  immediately.  For obvious reasons shopping carts will not be turned on until all the products have been entered and the payment method has been established. Note:  Your website is free from hosting fees for 10 days.  You will be sent instructions on how to pay for your hosting before the 10 days expire.  If you choose not to pay the fees your site will be removed.  There is no refund of Genesis Creations services for lack of payment on hosting services.    Step 6 Marketing Your Website Once your website is finished you want everyone to know about you and your site.  This is where Internet Marketing comes in.  Search engines and crawlers will pick up keywords from your site and use this information to rank you in the search engine.  The closer you are to the top the better chance people will find you.  Keywords are vitally important in matching perspective visitors with your site.  We will provide the analysis of what internet visitors are search for and what your website provides.  This targets the right visitors to your site.  The more proactive approach is to tell the search engines that your site is there.  This is where the submission process comes in.  We will use the keywords created above on your site and submit to the top search engines and crawlers.  This process yields a lot of e-mail.  If you want to track the progress of the submissions we will setup a hotmail account for you so you can see the results first hand.  You will see literally hundreds and hundreds of e-mails acknowledging your submissions. You can also custom design a Classified Ad to introduce your website's products and services.  This Ad will be submitted to over 200 websites. For a small additional charge we will add HitBox stats to your web pages so you can see who is going to your site,  what there favorite pages are and who referred them to you.  There is much more information available.  It slices and dices everything you need to know about your visitors.
