The singers of two of the biggest pop groups of the 1960s, Micky Dolenz of The Monkees and Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits, will team up for a trio of special Q&A events in the New York City area this January.  The shows, dubbed “Peter Noone in Conversation with Micky Dolenz,” will be held January 7 in Westbury, New York; January 8 in Tarrytown, New York; and January 9 in Montclair, New Jersey.

The events will feature Dolenz and Noone swapping stories about their many memorable experiences with their respective bands and the other famous musicians with whom they crossed paths.  Tickets are available now, with prices running from $35 to $125.

The intimate gigs kick off what promises to be an eventful year for Dolenz, who will be taking part in a number of as-yet-unannounced events celebrating The Monkees’ 50th anniversary throughout 2016.  Micky also is expected to play a variety of solo concerts next year. Check out MickyDolenz.com for his current itinerary.

Noone, meanwhile, has dozen of shows lined up with his current incarnation of Herman’s Hermits, running all the way through an October 1, 2016, performance in Biloxi, Mississippi.  Visit PeterNoone.com to see his full schedule.
